Trevor Bayne will throw out the ceremonial
first pitch for tonight’s Boston Red Sox/Baltimore Orioles game at Fenway Park
in Boston.
“I’m pumped that my first pitch is coming
at a Red Sox game,” said Bayne, the 2011 Daytona 500 winner. “I grew up as a huge baseball fan and it is
an honor to have this opportunity. Fenway Park is one of the
most historic landmarks in all of sports and I am glad to be a part of the action.”

At least the Sox will finally have a winning pitcher take the mound.
ReplyDeleteIn 23 Sprint Cup races over 3 years, Bayne has one win, 1 top 5, 3 top 10, zero poles, 11 laps led, his average finish is 24th, and he's a star? This is more than a reach, it's ten foot poll on the end of a flagpoll. This guys does not deserve his fame.
