NASCAR is honoring the late Buddy
Baker this weekend, with special decals displayed on the B-posts of all
vehicles in the sanctioning body’s three national series.
Baker died Monday at age 74,
after a brief battle with lung cancer. He was a top competitor in what is now
the Sprint Cup Series for more than three decades, winning 19 career races
including the 1980 Daytona 500.
