“To my knowledge, this is the first partnership of its kind in the nation,” said Ann Pressly, Director of Marketing and Sales for Trinity Oaks. “North Carolina has a rich motorsports history, and racing plays a major role in both our community and our region. Partnering with Godfather Motorsports allows us to speak directly to the motorsports community and tell them how easy it is to sell their existing home in today's market and downsize to one of our cottages or apartments.
“It also provides a great rallying point for our residents and staff. We can’t wait to go to the track and cheer on our team!”
