Golden Corral Back With Tommy Baldwin Racing

Tommy Baldwin Racing announced today that Golden Corral will return to the organization in 2013 as a primary sponsor on the No. 36 Chevrolet SS to be driven by J.J. Yeley at the four superspeedway races. This will mark the third year that the Raleigh, N.C. based company has been a partner with TBR.

Driving the No. 36 Chevrolet SS will add to an already impressive resume for Yeley. The Phoenix, Arizona native has driven in the Indianapolis 500, won the elusive USAC "Triple Crown," and works tirelessly with several charitable causes across the country.

Also returning is the popular "Top 10 Kids Eat Free" promotion. Each time the No. 36 Golden Corral Chevrolet SS finishes in the top 10, Golden Corral will offer a one day "Kids Eat Free" promotion called "J.J.'s Mondays" on the Monday immediately following the top-10 event. Details of the offer include:
  • Free kids buffet with an adult buffet purchase at regular price at participating locations.
  • Limit of two (2) free kid's meals per adult buffet purchased.

"We are pleased to be back at the superspeedway races with the No. 36 team. We're pulling for some top 10 finishes so that we can share our Top 10 Kids Eat Free promotion with race fans," said Shelley Wolford, Vice President of National Marketing and Media at Golden Corral.

"It's awesome to have Golden Corral back on the No. 36 Chevrolet SS for the superspeedway races in 2013," says team owner Tommy Baldwin, Jr. "We are excited for the return of the Top 10 Kids Eat Free promotion and the exciting promotions we have in store for the fans this season."
